BMV-712 0% SOC

Hi. I am new to solar, so there are lots that I don't know and am learning. I install BMV 712 to morning the battery. I can't get SOC to work correctly. SOC always goes to 0% and stays at 0% after I synchronized to full voltage (24.4V Tesla battery). Can anyone give me some pointers? Thank you.

I'm sure where to start, sounds like something is significantly wrong with the setup.

Firstly do you have it wired correctly with the shunt the correct way around?

Refer to the quick install guide for wiring;

https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Quickinstallsheet_BMV70x_part1_2.pdf

In terms of setup configuration read the manual;

https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Manual-BMV-700-700H-702-712-EN-NL-FR-DE-ES-SE-PT-IT.pdf

And take a look at these Youtube videos;

And as your using Lithium batteries this video is also relevant;
