Is Blue Smart IP65 charger really 230v only?

I have to confess we made a mistake in buying the 230V version of this charger when we should have bought the 120v version. Clearly this charger has a 3 pin plug intended for 230v but will it work at 120v? I would be surprised if Victron doesn't have a single design which covers 100v to 240v AC and the 230v version is only the style of plug which we will be cutting off anyway.

There is are versions for 230V (180-265V) and 120V (110-130V).

The Phoenix Smart Charger is available as a version with 85-250V AC input.
