Sold phone, unable to pair

I recently sold my iPhone and didn’t disconnect bluetooth from my old phone from the Victron Connect App. On my new iPhone the Victron Connect App displays all Victron components however I can’t change settings etc or pair and only have a visual representation. When I try to pair using 000000 (never been changed) it’s always unsuccessful? How can I pair my new phone?

Just reset the PIN from your new phone (yes, even though you never changed it), that will resolve the issue.
