3 - Phase Victron Quattro, 10 x Pylontech US3000C not discharging

Hi there,

I have a problem since the last few days with my installation.

I have a 3 phase system with victron quattros and 10 US 3000c Pylontech batteries connected with an pylontech lv-hub. The system worked fine for about half a year now, but since the last few days, the pylontech batteries do not discharge lower than 40% SOC. In the overview the Pylontech battery is in idle mode and shows on ESS #1: "SOC is low" and on ESS #2: "BatteryLife is active".

I have seen that the active SOC limit indeed is set to those 40% also. But I do not really understand why this happens, as the battery was charged up to 100% by the mppt chargers during the day, as you can see in the attachments.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Look at the manual and search for BatterLife, this feature increases the SOC limit, till the battery is once fully charged. I would turn it on ESS -> Mode -> Optimized (without BatteryLife)

Ok perfect thanks a lot. And the statement on the dashboard, where #ess1 says, that it has a low SOC can be ignored by me?

Yes, it's for you an info, that the battery is not drained longer by the Multiplus, and the MPPT's will charge only the battery. I am not sure if its 5, 10 or 15 percent over min SOC before it switches over in normal operation.
