Data download is at 15 min intervals - possible to change to 1 min intervals?

Hello there, I requested the kW download csv file and was sent the download link via email. I have opened the file and the data points are at 15 minute intervals. I was hoping for more granularity i.e. 1 min intervals (which I was able to get on a previous project). Is it possible to get this still or is it to do with the settings set-up when the system was running and I can't apply these retrospectively to get the data?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

In the GX device under Settings - VRM Online Portal you can set the logging there to 1 minute intervals.

Thanks Alexandra. If I change it now it presumably won't allow me to download historic data at 1 min intervals?

No, it will start logging for the now and future only. Can't add data that was not recorded.
