Ive recently fitted a Lithium Battery RBT200LFP12-BT set the 100/20 to lithium, and on the renogy battery im now seeing Warning ! Battery Cell Over voltage Protection.
Ive tried to reduce float charge to 0 but can only go as low as 8v. Any suggestions please, dont want to knacker this expensive battery. Contacted Renogy as well.
the Renogy battery has it's own BMS in it, so you would have to work hard to knacker it
saying that, you don't want to reduce the volts...
and warnings are usually fine... it's Alarms you don't want,
the battery will just stop taking charge once it's full. the Renogy BMS will just turn the Charge Mosfets OFF. to stop it overcharging
