DC Load always shows zero

Folks, I am using a SmartShunt as a load meter. I can see it in the devices, it shows the load going through it but it does not show any load in the graphic.

If I look at the devices they are certainly there here is the Remote Console view

Another view of Device list

And the expanded view for DC Load which is the SmartShunt

All appears to be working but I cannot get the SmartShunt to show the flow of power to the load.

I have set it up as a meter rather than a battery device.

I think you need to program the shunt for DC System, not DC Load. Yes, that's a bit confusing. DC System has always calculated "other" DC loads and sources and the DC meter setting for DC System is intended to mimic that.

I suppose DC loads could be separated from DC charging sources and if only DC loads are present, the tile could be renamed, but that's for later and a low priority at that.

Thank you very much that took care of it, went right in and changed to DC system and it showed right up.
