hoymiles 1200 on acOut, frequency watt reaction: mysterious peak

I have some hoymiles 1200 on ac-out. 1/1 rule is obeyed.

During off-grid/usv testing, the hoymiles ramp down resp. switch off as expected during frequency rise.

But when frequency comes back down, vrm shows a short peak load, sometimes more than 1kw. (see screenshot)

any ideas?

@jestron

It is probably what the AC PV takes to wake up again. Is it off off or in a low power state? I have not used a hoymile so guessing here do you hear relays in it clicking etc?

Still no clue what might take 1kW after return to 50 Hz. Perhaps a phantom peak, as it appears even when no load is left connected.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass beim Einschalten des NA-Schutzes die Kondensatoren des AC WR plötzlich aufgeladen werden. Ist die Spitze oben glatt, wenn Sie in das Bild hineinzoomen?

Thanks for the hint, there are some more loads (refrigerator, fans, pumps) on acOut. Will try to drop them one by one :-] and watch the result on frequency change.
