Multiple Buck Boost in 12V to 24V system

Can I have multiple Buck Boost units used in a 12V chassis system to charge a 24 Lithium battery setup? I have a large 300A 12 volt alternator and am installing a 24V battery system with 2 Multiplus II inverters. I want to be able to provide power to use while driving to run AC loads through the inverters.
