Need help with solar system

Dear, I need your help, in October of 2018 victron energy solar energy equipment was installed in Olmue, Chile. Through the company Phineal (installer technician named Hernan Osorio). as of July 2019, the system still does not work. After months of conflict with the company, they can not configure equipment. today the batteries have more than 60% charge and however, the house does not get electricity, being necessary to connect to the external network. It is an on grid system and the electricity bills are excessively high, the responsible technician has not been able to solve this problem. please I need help to operate the installed solar system since the investment is very expensive. Hi Cristobal. I suspect your installer isn't Victron certified. For those that are: https://www.victronenergy.com.au/where-to-buy

We could try to assist with specific issues you have here, but that's difficult (& time-zone challenged) if your system is complex.
