Error: VRM Portal ID or IMEI not found

I'm having an issue with an EasySolar II install that we could not access the remote console but the system overview could be seen on VRM. I updated all devices via VRM and this did not solve the problem. I deleted the install and then attempted to re-add it but I am getting an error that the Specific VRM portal ID or IMEI could not be found. The system is hard wired into the internet and was displaying data earlier, and I have checked the VRM portal ID to be correct so I am unsure how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Haydn Saunder,

If I am understanding correctly, you deleted the VRM site from the VRM Portal?

You will need to power cycle the GX device (in this case the EasySolar-II).
