I am not sure where to start troubleshooting the problem I’m running into, I would appreciate some guidance.
I rarely use the charging function on my Multiplus, this is the first time I’ve connected to shore power in months.
I have 3 lifepo4 home built 12v batteries, all of the cells are identical but battery 1 and 2 use Daly BMS and battery 3 has a JBD. They are connected together in parallel via bus bar.
I’ve noticed over the past few months the JBD battery always takes less of the load than batteries 1 and 2, both in discharge and recharge. So the battery never gets fully charged.
Since it’s quite out of sync I decided to turn of the other two batteries and charge battery 3 by itself.
when I do this I get a DC Ripple fault.
My hunch is the problem is with battery 3 but I’m not sure where to start. if I can avoid tearing the battery apart that would be great it’s quite a production to get into them.
