Not a huge issue, but this can be a bit annoying/misleading.
I constantly use VRM (app on iOS) to keep an eye on my installations. When I exit the app and then come back in—minutes or hours—later, the VRM portal acts like it’s showing me current data; it even updates the site time and says Realtime (complete with blue wavy) for last update.
But the actual information provided below is out of date—presumably from the last time I looked at it.
This sometimes resolves itself within ~30 seconds or up to a minute, but sometimes not at all. I find I often have to “pull down” on the display, and force a manual refresh, to be sure it’s giving me valid data —as there is no other visual cue to that fact.
It would be nice if that happened automatically, like when the site time is updated.
