Need advice on SmartSolar MPPT 250/100 and LG Solar 445w NeonH 144 Cel

Hello

Im looking to buy LG Solar 445w NeonH 144 Cell LG445N2W-E6 23 piece

can i use with Victron SmartSolar MPPT 250/100?

how many i can attach those? what the best config?

what else do i need?

Im noob this is my first solar project for me!
