Bluetooth stuck at 90% - I have a genuine product

I have a Smartshunt 500A/50mV and an Android phone.


Everything has been working perfectly for a year.


Today, When I try to connect VIA BT, it gets stuck at 90%. I can see the blurry 100% in the circle, but it will not connect.
