My Venus GX is connected via ethernet and a wi fi range extender to my wifi network but is not accessible via remote console as in it is not appearing when I log in to my installations.
Also no data from the installation is gong to installation dashboard. The only indication tgat somehing is the green indicator light on top of the GX flashes 7 times then turns red before beginning the cycle again.
And the Venus does not show up as a device on the Victron Connect app.
Any ideas please
