Error Code #200 - Could other channel be ok?

I have a MPPT 450/100 and got the error #200 this morning. Cloudy day with little sun and would have only been pulling in 400 watts or so, but reading 0 with the error message.

Sounds like this is going to be a warranty issue, but meanwhile, I was only using input #2 with nothing on #1. If I move to input 1, might it work while I'm waiting for my replacement unit? Basically, is the DC/DC converter shared between inputs or individual for each?

Thoughts?

No, the error 200 has nothing to do with the trackers.

I mean you have nothing to lose by trying. But that side of the mppt is not where the damage is.
