IP65 Smart Shunt with CCGX

It seems the new IP65 Smart Shunt is not compatible with the CCGX, does anyone have a workaround for this?

Why do you say that? There's no documented exclusion that I can find.

Does need a VE direct cable, though.

I’m right there with you. I have no luck with IP65 smart shunt being recognized on the Cerbo Gx via Ve.direct. Buddy of mine in the industry is having the same issue, he ended up swapping the ip65 version with a regular smart shunt and everything worked great.

What firmware version on that Cerbo?

Can you connect to that IP65 SmartShunt via Bluetooth (with a phone), to confirm it is not dead?

Updated firmware on Cerbo (I thought I had already). Cerbo now sees the smart shunt.

@Wayne

Maybe the same applies to your CCGX.
