Smart shunt connection to corporate control GX

Hi there! I just installed my smart shunt and connected it to the color control GX via VE direct cable.
The reading I have with the Victron connect app is good, but the color control don't connect with the smart shunt. Is there a configuration procedure needed? I also have a MPPT connected to the other VE direct port on the color control and it works well, no problem....
Setup also include a Multiplus and a BMV, everything has been working perfectly otherwise.

I would try to reboot the CCGX and look for the shunt in “devices”.

Done.....In devices I see the MPPT and the multiplus, nothing else....

Does it read the bmv?

Have you tried swapping cables with the Mppt?

Yes I did, MPPT is detected on both ports

Next step would be to swap VEdirect cables, maybe the shunt one is faulty.
