I am an individual. A victron phoenix 12/350 converter mounted on a Hanse boat by the Hanse shipyard in Germany is faulty. The red led is permanently lit indicating according to the doc an overload fault but nothing is connected. The doc indicates an automatic rearmament after 18s but nothing happens. After several hours of rest when I reconnect the device without any load, the green ok LED lights up for a few seconds and immediately turns red. When this led is red the 220v output is off. We are at sea and we no longer have any means of recharging the battery of the electric motor (50w charge)
