multiplus microprocessor version?

Hi,

I need to know what microprocessor my multiplus had got.

I bought it in 2016.

I took off the lid, and removed the sticker on the 'microchip', which i guess is the microprocessor,

but i can't seem to find anything useful.

Took some photos: https://imgur.com/a/8MHM36s

Can anyone help?

The information needed is ON the sticker why did you take that off.

If its purchsed in 2016 then its more than likley a 26 series so that would be the latest processor.

now to find out for sure you will need to usee a MK3 and Ve Configure to find out what F/W version the multiplus is on

thanks @Paul B, the sticker only contained the word icctok,

just like there is a smaller one on the pcb. (see photos).

Anyway, i found in the device list in VRM that my multiplus is running firmware version 158?

You still need the first four digits. We're reasonably sure that the first two are 26 (if you have a 240V version). The next two ate also important, these determin the exact model.

Yes you can.

Go: Device List -> MultiPlus xx/yyyy/zz-zz -> Device -> Product ID

Product ID will comprise of four digits, these are the first four digits. Firmware version (below Product ID) make up the last three digits of the seven digit number.

Yes, the first four digits must match your existing firmware. The last three will increment with the upgrade.

Don't forget to backup your settings first with VE.Configure.
