How to charge a second battery

I have a Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 75/10 connected to a Schaudt EBL99 in a Pössl Van

The Schaudt charges only the 2. Battery

Can I connect my Engine Battery to the Lastausgang of my Smart Solar Regulator to charge?

The Lastausgang (Load Output) is not for battery charging. Its output Voltage will be the same as that of the battery connected to the Battery terminals.
If you connect a battery to the Load Output terminals it may suffer from over or under charging and will most likely fail early.

Thank you for the Information. Is it better to use an AC Converter on the load output to use a Battery charger or is there any better solution?
