Inverter not switching off

Hi I've got a Phoenix inverter that won't turn off. There are 3 swicth settings; remote, on and off. None of them do anything. The remote switch won't turn it off either. I've tried disconnecting the remote switch. Also tried disconnecting the batteries and plugging it all in again. Still it stays on.

As I am reading this, it sounds like the Phoenix is broken. It should switch immediately off, if main switch is in off state. I would consider this, to be inspected by a Service Person.

(Joke alert!) I have a Phoenix that switches off all the time and it should not. Maybe we should consider pairing them somehow ;o)
