Pylontech Force L2 connected but not communicating

Hello,

I recently switched to Force L2 ESS.

Our Force L2 storage is displayed in the VRM portal with its name, but it is unable to communicate real data except the name. We are using a Type A cable and have correctly connected all the devices.
Has anyone an idea what can cause this issue?
