Float voltage is too high

Multiplus 24/3000/70. Rolls battery, 683 Ah. Absorption volts set at 30, float volts set at 27.5.

Problem: when the Victron float voltage LED is on, the battery voltage is still 30 V, should be 27.5V.

Any idea why this is the case?

Have you got any other devices in the system that might be keeping the float voltage higher?

I believe if connected a MPPT setting's are overridden by what's in VeConfig but maybe that's not quite working right and the MPPT is keeping the voltage higher?

I have the Multiplus, a BMV monitor and Sunny Boy PV inverter. I don't have a MPPT.

Do you have temperature compensation enabled? that is the most common cause of variances.
