Programmable relay and SOC

I had a look on the previous posts but I was unsuccessful.

I wish to operate a relay on my van to power an hot water system 12V when the SOC of the lithium battery is between 85-100%.

Any suggestion?

What equipment do you have? And where will the SOC reading be coming from?
