VRM Upload "Invalid Installation Identifier"

Hello, we have an international data center client who is going crazy as we cannot upload any of the sqlite files from any of the Cerbos onto the server. Every time we try we get "invalid installation identifier".

As this is a data center, we are not allowed to connect to the internet with the cerbo. Can anyone help? I have tried both ZIP and GZIP uploads.

I may be able to help, I will need a zipped copy of the db to see if it can be recovered. I’ll send you an email, and you will need upload it to a file server and send me the link.
