Energy Meter EM24

my energy meter is nog showing up in the device list on the GX remote console? It is visible under the energy meters Tab. thx

Did you rotate front selector so it is not in the locked state? I.e from [Lock] to [1]? This allows it to be automatically configured by the GX Device. The front selector is located next to the display.

I am having the same problem and my meter switch is in the position s per attached photo is this right? I really need help pleaseem-24-switch.jpg
