Overload Phoenix inverter 12/1200

I have a Phoenix inverter 12/1200 VE.Direct and an AGM battery 122 Ah, I would like to operate a hair dryer with 800W. I get the error message "overload" after 1 second. What am I doing wrong. do i need to configure something else? i would be glad to have an answer. thanks Rolo

I suspect that the hair dryer is consuming more that it should you need to test this first

a 1200VA inverter is only around 1000 watts output depending on the PF


OR check you battery voltage and make sure that its cont starting to collapse.
