What may have caused the pre charge circuit error (E-B25) on the Lynx Smart BMS?

Here are the conditions when the error populated:

76% SOC

Plugged into shore power

Battery Temperature = 25 degrees C

90 Watts of Solar PV

DC Loads = 4 amps

lynx bms

2 |3000

Attachments: Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.
