If I use a Victron Color control with a BMV and 2 Victron Solar Controllers + possibly 2 AC Victron chargers, will the chargers / controllers get confused, or are they synched to charge together? If they are, which device manages this - the BMV or the Color Control?

The GX devices can either be a passive monitor, or a system controller, depending the entire system and the configuration.
as Guy says its depending on the setting but usuall you setup the GX device to do it otherwise they are all independant
