Smart lithium batteries have internal low voltage disconnect?

Hi,

I am a bit confused with the Smart Lithium Batteries. Do they have a internal low voltage disconnect facility? Is this value set by using the app or do you need external devices?

The internal disconect is NOT user changable its a factory set value,
