I have the MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-50 120V with 4 LifePo 12V in series. What is the recommended charger setting for this setup? I can't seem to find for a 48v setup.

you need to get the charge settings from your battery supplier. otherwise select the lithium battery type in th victron charger and that should be fine. adjust if needed to suit the manufacturers specs
12V batteries in series are not the best choice.
Do you have some kind of BMS?
Do you have access to the terminals of the individual cells?
Before connecting those 4 batteries in series, you must fully charge them all with a 12V LiFePO4 charger (or an MPPT set to 12V battery).
