No the new F/W has not been released yet its still in testing
I think it will be 2.30 when the new version is out MAYBE late this mth or june some time NO promise just a maybe,
you can select to download it but its all at your own risk
its in the firmware upgrade selection area and its call the latest release candidate
if your not technically minded then I would recommend that you wait until its released as there is no documentation etc, plus I dont think Garmin has even aproved it yet as well.
