Does the Orion Smart DC-DC 18 amp get hot?

I have read several posts about the 30 amp Orion DC-DC charger getting hot but have not seen any reference to the 18 amp model getting hot? Can anyone confirm that the 18 amp also gets very hot while charging a single 100 amp LiFePo4 battery?

Define hot.

I have an 18A Orion Smart in my sailing yacht and use it to charge a 110Ah AGM from the lithium house bank. It doesn't get as warm as the 30A, but make sure it's mounted in a well-ventilated area.
