Hi I have had this charger for 6 months, has always worked great.
I am trying to charge a lithium battery.
It is showing 14.20 volts and 0.0 amps
I have tried on another battery and another power source.
No output at all.
And ideas please

No amps out of my ip67 charger
Guessing you haven't changed the charger settings, but worth checking.
Most likely a connection issue/blown fuse. Failing that, back to dealer for testing.
