[Solved] EM24 for PV showing negative number for 1 phase

My new 3 phase ESS build is showing some odd numbers for the PV-inverter connected to a EM24. One of the phases is always negative 0-4W, while the other output numbers are as I see on the Solaredge (display/monitoring-site). I've noticed this https://www.victronenergy.com/media/pg/Energy_Storage_System/en/multiphase-regulation---further-information.html, but I think I'm still missing the watts produced on the mentioned phase. In the picture below the PV-inverter was outputting 3x ~320 W.

Maybe I misunderstood. Can someone help me understand?

Some additional info I noticed today. The numbers do not add up and I see the AC-loads drop to almost 0 once I have solar delivery. What is happening here? Is the lost phase from the PV-inverter causing this?

BTW: my AC-loads are known continuous loads of about 300W

Hello to all!

Problem is fixed by replacing the EM24 (as @Matthias Lange - DE proposed)! But, the strange thing is I'm now using the 'defective' EM24 for my EV-charger and it's working just fine for this use-case.

Guess it had something to do with the switch. Before adding it to the Cerbo I set the swith to 1 and then plugged it in, configured, and voila working as it should. The non working EM24 was just moved to the EV-charger position and worked immediately (now also showin the correct 400V phases, which it did not do in the PV usecase).

All in all, happy to get it all working now!

If you can confirm that there is a current flow coming from the SMA on L2 I would say the EM24 is defective and needs to be replaced.

Hi Matthias, the details from the Solaredge site show all phases produce V/A and I think I'm actually using the energy coming from that phase. Below the details from the EM24, also showing odd numbers. Switching L2<>L3 on the EM24 just only shifts the issue from L2 to L3... Can it actually be a phase rotation issue (despite the fact both EM24 show correct order AND the MP's are not having a phase issue)?

I don't think this will solve the problem but the switch has to be on 1 or 2 not on the lock.

Ok, why is this? Does the MP/GX program the EM24? That would explain it already. I guess I need to delete the meter from the system and re-add it again.
