venus gx is off

Hello

I can not connect venus to wifi or lan.

The led on venus blinking green 2-3 seconds then off.

How venus turn on?

Once you power it with a 8 to 70 volt DC power supply it will turn on

Then connect it to a lan port / router


your Router will then assign it a IP address and you type that address into your browser and you are then connected.

on the bottom of the VENUS is the Lan port when you plug the lan cable in the yell and green lights must flash.

I did so as you explained. 12V dc power supply. Lan cable is plug in and led lights flash and wifi signal of venus is appears in my lap top then for 3-5 secund is gone and all led venus, lan port is turn off. I need to have plugged multiplus to venus with (ve.bus) then venus work?

I am a new user with victron products.
