I have a multiplus 24/5000/120 240 volt transfer that has been in bulk charge mode for a week. When I check the battery terminals I am seeing only the battery voltage, not what I would expect when bulk charging. Any suggestions on getting it to switch to inverting and or actually charge the batteries?
