I cannot see my Pylon Tech Battery anymore on my Venus GX

I have 4 Pylontech US2000B batteries. I added another 2, since then I cannot see them on my Venus Gx.

I removed the two new ones but it still doesn’t list?

Any suggestion?

Make sure that the CANbus cable is still connected to the Pylon which has the Link Port 0 empty, as shown in this diagram from this manual.

Thanks Guy. I have checked a few times ....no luck.

Moved the cable on the Venus from one port to the other.

Switched Venus on and off.

A mi me ocurre lo mismo. No puedo ver las 3 Pylontech US2000 que tengo en la lista de dispositivos de la CCGX. He cambiado 3 veces el cable CAN, revisado y repasado, y no se por que es.

Ademas tengo un Multiplus-II 5kva que me aparece el la lista de dispositivos como VE.Bus device, no como Multiplus-II.
