Panel selection. Manual BlueSolar MPPT discrepancy with calculator.

I want to install 5 Luxor 660W (Uoc=45.06V) panels in series arrangement with Victron BlueSolar MPPT 250/100 charge controller and 24W battery voltage. Total power of the panels 3300W. On the site Victron Energy MMPT Calculator is presented as acceptable. But in the manual it says "Nominal PV power, 24V" = 2900W so not acceptable. Which is the right one?

Just keep an eye on your array Voc at low temperature.

You are probably marginal at temperatures of -5.

That seems acceptable to me.
At a battery Voltage of 28.8V the MPPT will reap a maximum power of 2880W.
With a maximum 3300W of PV available this is quite a good match. Your PV array is about 11% over size which is perfectly acceptable. It would be very rare to see the full 3300W, only on a cool pure sunshine day with the sun at the perfect angle, so you will not miss the 11%.
