I am getting a random internal error message from Rosen battery, no pattern to it, log into the battery BMS, but no errors present on the BMS, anyone with any experience of this error or help in diagnosing?

As an unsupported/untested battery you would be better off contacting their support directly.
That error would be something transmitted from their BMS to the cerbo/gx that is just being reported on. It's not generated by the inverter.
Make sure your GX is up to date but beyond that you need to chat to the supplier.
