Saltwater battery loosing touch with TwinCat3-code

We are a group of University students trying to program a saltwater battery for energy storage and cost savings at a local school with solar panels. The battery is managed with Color Control GX and we use TwinCat3 and the language Structured Text to communicate with the battery.

We are able to give the battery instructions for charge/discharge but it only complies for a few minutes, then it slowly starts to move to zero. If the battery is in Passthru mode should it return quickly to zero? Could it be something else that is causing this behaviour?

We also have a problem regarding discharqe. Around 30% the discharge becomes incredibly slow, almost zero. We have been wondering if this is the Sustain mode for the battery's protection but since this is a saltwater battery with the capacity to discharge down to 0% that seems unlikely.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Gunnel

As most of your questions are in relation to your prototype battery we cant answer these

plus the victron probucts do not give out instructions to batteries, the charger and inverter will turn off or on depending on instructions given to them through assistants or the CCGX , or when the voltage level is reached thats programed into the inverter charger.
