I have recently had a bank of Solar Panels and a Victron MPPT150/70 Controller fitted. I have a bank of Lead Acid batteries (24V 480 AH). I have found that since the installation that my battery monitor does not work properly and gets out of sync. I therefore am uncertain about how much battery capacity I have
I would check that the MPPT battery charge setting are suitable for your battery bank. If these are not right or don't match what your battery monitor expects then things may skew.
Then check the settings of your battery monitor to make sure that it will synchronise correctly. You'd need to consult the manufacturer of your battery monitor since people here are not likely to know much about other brands.
