I have a Victron multiplus , 24v/5000w/120a . unfortunately my processor went faulty on my control card. I have bought another processor IC and have replaced it myself. I tried to update the software back on the new processor from the victron professional site but this didn’t allow me too. I came to learn that what I actually need is the hex file and not the vff file. Is there anybody who knows a way of getting me the hex file ? the software I am looking for is (1949137.hex). can get the similar software but only in vff format
