V.E Net BLUE POWER PANEL not progessing past start up screen on QUATTRO 8KW 48 VOLT 240 VOLT

Hi all i have a 8kw quattro 48 volt powering my boat and distrubiting the power from the 240 volt shore power and gen set to the main 240 switch panel, system works flawlessley unit i plug in the ve net blue power board the BPP never goes past the start up screen and wont allow the quattro to start up if i disconnect the BPP the quattro works fine?

any advice would be greatley appreciated as the system worked fine and now just wont progress past the start up screen i have tried a new rj45 lead to no avail.

Does the BPP work ok by its self and the Battery monitor part also works fine.

the quattro must be pluged into the VE BUS port NOT THE VE NET port
