Multiplus-II all lights on and no operation

Hi there

I hope you're well.

I've got an un-usual challenge on A Multiplus-2 on its installation date as the installer switched it on, all 8 LEDs came on and it doesn't operate. What could be the issue?

Probably the control board is fried. Can you 'discover' the inverter using a Mk2 / 3 and Victron connect?

If not, then the unit needs repair.

Thanks Mike for getting back to me, Yes we had it connected with a MK3-USB then connected to the computer and VE.Config did not find anything.
