Smart Lithium battery imbalanced

29a46471-3b4f-4798-8b38-52e857cead2c.pngI have just received 2 new 330 AH Victron Lithium batteries . Out of the box one of them is showing imbalanced cell as per attached pic. (1 cell is 3.25 V while 3 other cells are 3.27 v ).Should I worry about it?
