Standard of installation in boiler room

I would like to install a battery opzs in a boiler room, but I can not find any documentation.

Do you have links or documentation on the implementation of solar battery in boiler room in Europe ?

You would need to look up with your local goverment issuer of the specifications that apply to your location, I would think
