Why is my pylontech battery percentage not displayed in all areas??

The battery percentage of my pylontech US3000c batteries is only showing under the menu section when directly connecting to the Venus gx. It is not displaying the percentage in the pages area neither in the victron connect platform. Unsure why this is occurring since the data is being transferred fine. Thanks in advance

Is the pylon selected as the default battery monitor for the system? GX settings -> system setup.
